Unser revolvierendes Trainingsprogramm ist auf eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Kraft- und Kondition ausgelegt. Der Trainingsplan besteht aus drei Phasen.
Sobald Sie Phase III abgeschlossen haben, können Sie mit Phase I wieder beginnen und von den Verbesserungen, die Sie im vorherigen Zyklus erzielt haben, profitieren.
Ihren Zielen entsprechend können Sie auch eine einzelne Phasen absolvieren.
